My favourite property in Brisbane. Impeccably clean hotel and well-kept and nicely furnished rooms. Hot and delicious breakfast options with eggplant chips and individually prepared omelets, for instance.

A very comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in. Smaller boutique style.
Short staffed at breakfast. Coffee machine was broken.Inadequate amounts of food- no bacon or poached eggs. Staff tried their best to make up for this and we were not charged for our breakfast.

would definitely come back here
The Balcony Suite was spacious with a nice balcony, overlooking the area. It had air conditioning, a tv, and free bottled water. The heated pool was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast had a great variety, like freshly made pastries, and the staff were super friendly, helping with any request.

The central location offered easy access to nearby attractions. The balcony suite featured an amazing view and comfortable amenities. Room service provided delicious canapes that were a highlight, while the rooftop bar promised fine vistas. The gym had limited equipment, and the area around the pool felt overly small for relaxation.

The room was great. However, the Internet is far too expensive - get real about the cost.

The location was amazing, just next door to the Art Gallery, restaurants, shops and Brisbane in general, and varied restaurant options, I appreciated it. The breakfast available was superb and delicious with varieties of excellent food and 5 stars prices, for instance.
Views were pretty average.

The views from my room were excellent, especially at night with the city lights. The king size bed provided comfort, and the breakfast was satisfying. It was a short escape, perfect for my busy schedule as a couple from Europe.

Bed is comfy though pillows were too soft.
Disappointed that new extension does not have nice view as projected on the website. Also, bathroom locks and clothes hanger not in functioning condition. Service staff not helpful when mentioned the room booked is not as expected.
