The central location offered easy access to nearby attractions. The balcony suite featured an amazing view and comfortable amenities, making for a relaxing stay. Room service provided delicious canapes that were a highlight, while the rooftop bar promised stunning vistas. However, the gym had limited equipment, and the area around the pool felt overly small for relaxation.

The Balcony Suite was spacious with a nice balcony, overlooking the area. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free bottled water. The heated pool was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast had a great variety, like freshly made pastries, and the staff were super friendly, helping with any request.

This hotel impressed with its spacious and clean rooms, offering beautiful city views. The service from the staff, particularly at Lambert's restaurant, was delightful. However, the rooftop bar wasn’t available during my stay, and the pool could use a good cleaning. Overall, a pleasant experience!

It was just a reliable pick for a speedy visit in Brisbane with best value. The deluxe room was nice but the studio queen room is really not comfortable with old mattress. If you can, avoid peak hours for the lifts.

A mix of comfort and chaos
The bed was a dream to sleep on, and we loved enjoying the large balcony with stunning city views. The restaurant food was incredible, especially the breakfast spread.
However, the parking situation was chaotic upon our arrival—it was full and hard to navigate, despite plenty of space later. The lobby staff seemed overwhelmed, lacking a welcoming touch.
